Pizza Dough

Prep Time 10 min Cook Time 20 min Total Time 30 min

Part A

  1. 2 Tsp Dry yeast
  2. 2 Tsp milk or water

Part B

  1. 1 cup milk
  2. 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  3. 2 Tbsp Nextjen Gluten-Free 00 Pizza Pasta Flour

Part C

  1. 1 ¾ cup Nextjen Gluten-Free 00 Pizza Pasta Flour
  2. 2 Tsp Salt

Instructions

Part A

  1. Mix 2 tsp dry yeast with 2 Tbs of milk or water

Part B

  1. Whisk milk with olive oil and 00 pizza pasta flour well and bring to boil

Part C

  1. Mix 1 ¾ cup of 00 pizza pasta flour with thickened milk
  2. Once the tempter of dough has come down to body tempter mix in PART A yeast and water
  3. Work the dough well till comes together
  4. Cut the dough in into 4
  5. Roll each ball into a 8-9 inch shell using a rolling pin
  6. Bake in 450F oven on stone 2 minutes
  7. Take out the baked shell and place toppings as needed
  8. Bake the finished pizza in 450F oven for 4-6 minutes
