8 Chicken Thighs (bone-less skin on)
500 Ml Buttermilk
40 Gr Nextjen Gluten-Free Fried Chicken Mix
As needed Nextjen Gluten-Free Fried Chicken Mix for Dredge
Whisk together and pour over chicken. Marinate for 24 hours in the fridge (covered). Dredge in Nextjen Gluten-Free Fried Chicken Mix. Deep Fry at 350F for 4-6 mins until golden brown and internal temperature of 165F or 75C.
