Ingredients
- 6.4 oz or 180 Grams 00 Nextjen GF Pasta Pizza Flour
- 2 large or extra large egg (if you do use small eggs then add an extra yolk)
- Pinch Salt
- ¼ T Olive oil
Instructions
- Make a well in the flour
- Add eggs, olive oil, salt to center of well
- Using fork bring the flour together
- Use your hands to knead the dough
- Rest for 5 minutes
- Roll in to sheet or noodles
