Fish and Chips

1 cup of Nexjen gluten Free fish and chip batter
1 ½ cup of cold water

Using a whisk all together well, rest for 2-5 minutes (this is made fresh daily)

Dust the fish in dry flour mix

Place dusted fish into batter

Place in 350F hot oil

Fry 4-6 minutes depends on the thickness of fish

Place fried fish on paper towel to take off excess fat

Season with salt
