Rice Flour White, Potato Starch, Rice Flour Brown, Organic Millet Flour, Organic Buckwheat Flour, Tapioca Starch, Baking Powder, Guar Gum, Nutritional Yeast, Konjac Root, Salt, Spices. Contains; Mustard.

Egg-free, Corn-free, Nut-free, Soy-free, Sulphite-free, Xanthan gum-free, Dairy-free, Fish and Shellfish- free, Sesame-free, GMO- free.

How to use

Ingredients:
5 oz or 140g Nextjen Gluten Free Fish and Chip Flour mix
14 oz or 360g Cold water
Method:
Nextjen Fish and Chip flour mix as need for Dread
Whisk together and let rest for 5mins.
Dread fish in Nextjen Fish and chip flour
Batter & fry at 350F 2 mins on each side.
