Chocolate Wafer
Yields 20 Prep Time 15 min Cook Time 20 min Total Time 30 min
Ingredients
- 25 g or 1/4 cup Almond flour (optional)
- 100 g or 1/2 cup Butter
- 145 g or 1/2 cup Sugar
- 80 g or 3/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 145 g or 1 cup Nextjen All Purpose Baking Blend (flour)
- 2 g 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 g or 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 10 g 2 tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Mix almond flour, butter, sugar, cocoa, flour, cinnamon and salt with the paddle attachment of a mixer until it is the texture of fine meal.
- Add egg and vanilla, and mix until it comes together.
- Roll dough into a log shape chill and chill for 10-20 min.
- Cut thin (2-3mm) rounds and lay on a cookie tray.
- Bake at 325°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
