Brownies

Ingredients
- 150 g or 3/4 cup Butter
- 300 g or 2 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 20 g or 4 tsp Vanilla
- 4 g or 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 240 g or 3/4 cup Melted 70% dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips
- 150 g or 1 cup Nextjen All Purpose Baking Blend (flour)
- 2.5 g or 1/2 tsp Baking powder
Instructions
- In an electric mixer using the paddle attachment, cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and salt.
- Add the eggs and mix until combined.
- Add melted chocolate and mix for 1 minute; scrape down sides of bowl.
- Add flour and baking powder and mix until combined.
- Spread brownie batter into a 20cm x 20 cm baking tray (8” x 8”).
- Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
- Test temperature with a probe to reach 87-95°C (190-200°F).
