Ingredients
  1. 6.4 oz or 180 Grams 00 Nextjen GF Pasta Pizza Flour
  2. 2 large or extra large egg (if you do use small eggs then add an extra yolk)
  3. Pinch Salt
  4. ¼ T Olive oil
Add ingredients to shopping list

Instructions
  1. Make a well in the flour
  2. Add eggs, olive oil, salt to center of well
  3. Using fork bring the flour together
  4. Use your hands to knead the dough
  5. Rest for 5 minutes
  6. Roll in to sheet or noodles
