Brownies

Grams/ Weight Measurement
Yield = 1 x 8” x 8” tray

150 g butter
300 g brown sugar
20 g vanilla
4 g salt
2 eggs
240 g melted 70% dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips
150 g Nextjen All Purpose Baking Blend (flour)
2.5 g baking powder

In an electric mixer using the paddle attachment, cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and salt.
Add the eggs and mix until combined.
Add melted chocolate and mix for 1 minute; scrape down sides of bowl.
Add flour and baking powder and mix until combined.
Spread brownie batter into a 20cm x 20 cm baking tray (8” x 8”).
Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
Test temperature with a probe to reach 87-95°C (190-200°F).
