How to use

1 Bag Nextjen Gluten-Free Artisan Vanilla Bean Cake Mix
1 1/4 cup Milk of your choice
4 Eggs
2/3 cup Vegetable oil

Method:
Preheat oven to 325F. Whisk eggs in mixer until double in volume (4-5 min). In a separate bowl, mix together the bag of Nextjen Gluten-free Artisan Vanilla Bean Cake Mix with milk and oil until smooth. Combine this with eggs; mix until just combined. Pour batter into two 8-inch round cake pans. Bake in a preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, about 20-22 min (internal temperature of 175F).
