How to use

PASTA DOUGH
Ingredients:
1 Lb (454 gr) Artisan Pasta & Pizza “OO” Flour
5 Large egg + 1 Egg yolk
1-2 tsp Olive oil
1 tsp Salt

Method:
Make a well in the flour, add egg, salt and olive oil, whisk together with a fork. Empty mixture onto a lightly floured table or countertop and knead into a smooth dough. Wrap and let rest for optimal hydration, then roll into sheets or extrude.
